Our Story

TM Road Maintenance Services is a client-focused organisation which successfully manages and delivers road maintenance contracts across Melbourne South East Metro and Western Victoria. We are proud to be a VicRoads pre-qualified contractor.

Our expert team is led by husband and wife team Steve and Terina. We have a sound working knowledge of road network maintenance, with a proven track record in contract and project management, resources, equipment allocation, client services, staff management and business growth and development.

We believe it is important to earn and maintain the respect of our clients by operating transparently, and being approachable and accountable, effectively demonstrating our trustworthiness at every interaction.

Our business is supported by a diverse team of experienced, skilled employees who undergo a comprehensive induction program, plus undertake specialised training relevant to their position.

Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, with the welfare of our team members, our clients and the general public as our top priority. We consistently maintain our IMS to relevant standards, with our dedicated OHS Manager, Ebony Brincat, facilitating compliance in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Our mission is to build and consolidate a safe and successful road maintenance business that is supported by a team of experienced, diverse employees, while actively maintaining a family like atmosphere.

Pre-Qualifications

Our team utilise Assignar, a mobile application designed for the Construction Industry, which compliantly manages our OHS and Environmental Systems in real-time, allowing us to efficiently manage a paperless workforce. This application also assists with ensuring we are contributing to sustainability initiatives and we are environmentally accountable.

TM Road Maintenance Services is fully insured, covering Public Liability, plus all vehicles and equipment.

We hold VicRoads Pre-Qualification for the following:

Maintenance – Roadside Work (M2-RW)
General Works – Grass-cutting (G2-GC)
Worksite Traffic Management Implementation – Traffic Guidance Scheme
Minor Maintenance Activities (M1)
